Will I come back again in 6 months’ time? Yes

My opinion:

This stall is one of four “Supper Mummy” stalls in the hawker centre. The owners sell traditional Singapore chicken rice and roasted delicacies. My mother and I have tried their white cut chicken rice for $3.00.

We were given 8 pieces of chicken meat, 1 bowl of soup and huge amount of rice. Chicken meat was lean, juicy, tender and came with small amount of silky skin. Rice was delicious, well cooked and had chicken fragrance. Soup was slightly too salty. Garlic chili was hot and spicy enough to add a few bonus points to the food.

In conclusion, the food here was cheap, plentiful, shiok and could satisfy our weekly craving for Hainanese chicken rice. If you are a meat lover, Supper Mummy is highly recommended by our website.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They are advised to keep up the good work and reduce the amount of salt in the soup cooking process.
