Will I come back in 6 months’ time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

This food court stall has been selling traditional Singapore muah chees since 1952. It was also featured in Mediacorp’s “Makan Places Lost and Found 5”. Customers get to choose the $2.50, $3.50 or $4.50 options for their snack meals. My mother and I have tried their muah chees for $3.50.

There were 13 normal and 8 black sesame muah chees in our takeaway packet. Although the snack was supposedly handmade, the muah chees were small sized, too soft (not chewy enough) and lacking in sweet taste. After we finished the food, there was no craving from both of us to eat more of their muah chees. In fact, my mother was happy that I did not buy the larger $4.50 box.

In a nutshell, the snacks here were average tasting, expensive, mild tasting and not addictive enough. Honestly, this stall was not worth the media attention and my blog readers’ calories.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They should increase the quantity and sweetness of their products for future customers.
