My opinion:

This coffee shop stall specializes in traditional Singapore seafood. For this 2016 review, I have tried their sliced fish soup with rice for $4.00. There were 6 fish slices, 3 doufu cubes, 3 lettuce slices, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion.

Although the fish slices were fresh and medium sized, they were rough and too little to satisfy the hunger of an adult. Soup had a strong pepper fragrance and almost no seafood flavor. Rice was dry, slightly overcooked and did not mix well with the other food ingredients.

In a nutshell, the food here was bland and severely lacking in essential ingredients. Unless you are a Muslim fish soup fan living in Singapore east, my advice is to give this stall a miss and visit other seafood alternatives in nearby coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more fish meat and review the rice’s preparation process.
