My opinion:

Er Gu Desserts sell a small variety of traditional Singapore Chinese desserts. I have tried their black sesame paste for $1.50. The dessert was mild tasting, watery and lacked black sesame goodness.

I noticed that this stall had few visitors even in dinner peak hours. If the female owner wants more business and fans, I will advise her to add more ingredients in the dessert preparation and production processes. The variety of desserts sold must be wider or else customers will be tired of eating the same old desserts over and over again.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They should make the dessert paste thicker and set up a free Facebook website to promote their food items.
