My opinion:

Ah Dung sells traditional Singapore bee hoon, fish soup, hor fun, porridge and seafood. For this 2016 review, I have tried their dual fish soup for $4.00.

There were 6 pieces of fried fish, 4 pieces of sliced fish, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. All the meat items were average tasting and small sized. Although the soup was fragrant, warm and not too oily, it had almost no seafood taste. Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from dryness, roughness or sticky issues.

To sum up, the food here was cheap but had several glaring errors that prevented me from revisiting this stall in the near future. The owners are advised to add more fish meat for future customers and introduce seaweed as a soup ingredient.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more ingredients and make sure the soup had a fish taste.
