DIY Q弹口水鸡

材料:

鸡腿1只、熟花生碎熟白芝麻、葱、姜、料酒生抽、醋、糖、盐、红油

做法:

1. 鸡腿洗净,冷水入锅,加姜片、料酒,大火烧开转中小火,煮10分钟关火焖5分钟。

2. 捞出过凉后浸入提前准备好的冰水里迅速激冷,然后沥干水分,涂一层香油稍稍晾干。

3. 将醋、生抽、白糖和少许盐调成料汁,其中醋,生抽和白糖的比例约为3:2:0.5。

4. 鸡腿斩块摆盘,撒上花生碎和白芝麻,淋上料汁和红油,撒上葱花即可。
