DIY 黑胡椒鸡腿扒

材料:

鸡腿三只洋葱半个、盐一小匙、生抽一小匙、料酒一小匙、黑胡椒一小匙

做法:

1. 将洗净的鸡腿去骨。

2. 用刀背纵横交叉将鸡腿肉拍松拍平。

3. 半个洋葱切丝。

4. 准备一个大点的容器,将鸡腿肉和洋葱丝放入。

5. 然后下调味料:盐生抽料酒黑胡椒。

6. 将调味料与肉拌均,腌制4小时以上。

7. 平底锅下少许油烧热,将腌好的鸡腿肉下锅里煎,先煎带皮一面。

8. 小火煎,煎好一面反转另一面煎,直到两面表皮金黄即可。
