DIY 黑椒鸡腿饭

材料:

鸡腿2个黄瓜蚝油、生抽老抽红酒、黑胡椒

做法:

1. 把鸡腿的骨头去掉,这一步虽然有点困难,但去了骨的腿肉更容易入味也更容易熟透。

2. 把去骨的鸡腿肉加入调料腌制一个小时以上。

3. 煎锅里加入底油烧热后把皮的一面朝下煎至金黄再翻面小火煎透。

4. 都煎好后倒入腌腿肉用的调料汁,加水小火收汁,撒上黑胡椒碎。
