DIY 黄焖鸡翅

材料:

鸡中翅干香菇木耳大蒜青蒜料酒蚝油生抽老抽白糖

做法:

1. 鸡中翅正反面各划三刀,放入姜片、料酒和蚝油搅拌均匀,腌制20分钟。

2. 干香菇用温水泡软,洗净后切块。

3. 木耳用冷水浸泡,去蒂洗净后切成块。

4. 青蒜切段。

5. 锅中热油,放入切成段的青蒜(白色部份)和拍散的大蒜爆香。

6. 倒入鸡翅,用铲子不断翻炒至鸡翅表面变色。

7. 放入香菇和木耳,倒入清水没过表面,加入生抽、老抽和糖,盖上盖子。

8. 大火烧开后,转成小火,焖制15分钟,最后调入盐,改成大火收汁至浓稠后,放入青蒜(绿色部份)翻炒几下即可。
