DIY 麻辣鸡丁

材料:

主料:鸡肉400克

调味料:辣椒25克花椒10克大葱10克盐10克白砂糖10克、料酒20克酱油10克、味精5克姜10克植物油85克

做法:

1. 将鸡腿肉斩成2厘米见方的丁,用盐半分、料酒、葱、姜拌匀,腌渍10分钟。

2. 将干辣椒切成2厘米长的节。

3. 炒锅放植物油,上旺火烧至七成热,放入鸡丁(挑出葱姜不用),炸干水气,捞出。

4. 锅内留油75克,烧至四成热,下干辣椒、花椒,炸出香味放入鸡丁翻几下,放入肉汤、白糖、盐、酱油,用小火收汁,至汁干油亮时下味精,炒匀,起锅装盘。
