DIY 麻辣猪肉

材料:

前腿肉麻椒、、小米椒、蒜苗生抽、胡椒粉生粉、料酒鸡精、老抽

做法:

1. 前腿肉先切成片,再切成丝。

2. 肉丝用油、生抽、胡椒粉、生粉、料酒、鸡精腌制。

3. 麻椒、姜、蒜、小米椒,蒜苗分别切好。

4. 锅中倒入油,中小火将麻椒放入爆香;将麻椒倒掉不用。

5. 转大火,将姜、蒜、小米椒,蒜苗白色部份,倒入麻椒油中翻炒。

6. 将腌入味的肉丝倒入,用筷子迅速搅散,倒入蒜苗绿色部份。

7. 肉丝变色后,调入适量老抽掂锅上色,即可。
