DIY 鸡腿豆腐

材料:

主料:鸡腿

辅料:豆腐芽菜花生碎香菜

调味料:盐鸡精料酒酱油白糖豆瓣酱、水淀粉香油

做法:

1. 将鸡腿去骨切成3厘米的块,入盆加葱、姜、蒜、芽菜、盐、酱油、料酒拌匀腌制30分钟,豆腐切块待用。

2. 坐锅点火倒入油,放入鸡腿肉煸熟取出,锅中留少许油,至4成热时下豆瓣酱炒香上色,倒适量开水,加料酒、酱油、鸡精、白糖调味烧沸,放入豆腐烧入味,再将鸡肉放入,水淀粉勾芡,出锅撒上花生碎和香菜末,淋香油即可。
