DIY 鸡腿芦笋卷

材料:

主料:鸡腿肉芦笋。

调味料:胡椒面、盐、烧烤酱

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉切成片,隔夜用盐、料酒、胡椒面腌制。芦笋切成两段。

2. 用鸡腿肉包住芦笋,再用牙签固定,放入烤箱的架子上,下面放个托盘,好让汁流下去不弄脏烤箱,用刷子涂上烧烤汁,再涂层蜂蜜。

3. 烤15分钟,再将肉卷翻转,再涂烧烤汁和蜂蜜,烤12分钟。再用broil功能,烤8分钟,用此功能时就开烤箱灯,时刻观察有无烧糊的现象。
