DIY 鸡肉焗饭

材料:

鸡肉200克米适量盐少量生抽1汤匙白糖1/3汤匙生粉1/3汤匙、香菜适量

做法:

1. 鸡洗干净后斩件,用盐、生抽、白糖、生粉、姜片腌10分钟入味。

2. 象平时煮饭那样用电饭锅煮,水应该比平时略少一点点,把腌好的鸡肉连腌料倒进去米的上面煮。

3. 饭熟后,加进葱花和香菜碎,盖上盖子继续保温7分钟就可以了。
