DIY 鸡片炒卷心菜

材料:

主料:土鸡腿1只洋葱半个卷心菜200克

腌料:甜酱油1小匙生抽1小匙盐少许酒少许

做法:

1. 先把鸡腿去骨切厚片,加入腌料腌制半个小时,洋葱切丝泡凉水,卷心菜撕成小块。

2. 起锅放油加入鸡片炒变色,把鸡片拨到锅的一边。

3. 下洋葱丝拌炒至微软,加少许的水,生抽和少许的盐。

4. 加卷心菜拌炒至微软即可食用。
