DIY 鸡油鸡柳蒸白灵菇

材料:

鸡肉300克、白灵菇150克、鸡油25毫升浓缩鸡汤少许盐、生粉胡椒粉麻油陈皮姜丝花生油各适量

做法:

1. 白灵菇洗净去蒂,切条状备用。

2. 鸡肉洗净切条状,以盐、胡椒粉、麻油、生粉、浓缩鸡汤和花生油拌匀备用。

3. 把切好的白灵菇上碟,然后放上鸡柳,再放入陈皮和姜丝,淋上鸡油,入蒸炉蒸8分钟至熟即成。
