DIY 鲜香口水鸡

材料:

鸡腿老干妈豆豉熟白芝麻花椒粉花生芝麻酱香醋料酒生抽、芝麻油

做法:

处理鸡腿:

1. 去骨,用剪刀先剪开一个口,顺着鸡骨头用剪刀将骨肉剪开分离。

蒸鸡肉:

1. 剔了骨头的鸡肉,卷起来,用牙签固定。

2. 放上姜片、料酒,上锅隔水蒸10分钟左右熟了即可。

3. 蒸好的鸡肉取出,稍稍冷却之后,拔掉牙签,切块。

调汁:

1. 蒜姜切末,葱切葱花、花生仁粘碎。

2. 锅里加适量油,加老干妈豆豉,姜蒜末爆香盛出。

3. 放入一小碗,加入几汤匙蒸鸡的汤。

4. 放入花椒粉、熟芝麻、生抽、香醋、糖、香油、芝麻酱、老干妈。

5. 拌均匀后浇在鸡块上。最后洒上花生碎和葱花即可。
