DIY 鲜嫩香烤鸡翅

材料:

全鸡翅三只适量的蒜末、葱白

做法:

1. 全鸡毛翅洗净,在鸡翅上两面各划三刀备用。

2. 然后要腌鸡翅,加入盐5克、酱油适量、味精、胡椒粉、黄酒、蒜末、葱白末蒜末、葱白末、十三香腌6个小时,中间要翻几次身。

3. 烤前要沥干汤汁,进入烤箱分三步烤:

第一步:温度200度,上下火,15分钟,取出刷上蜂蜜水。

第二步: 温度200度,上下火,5分钟,取出刷上蜂蜜水。

第三步: 温度200度,上下火,5分钟,取出即可。
