DIY 香醋鸡翅

DIY 香醋鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅8只蒜1个姜1小块干香菇5个鸡蛋2个青菜1棵油2大匙酒1大匙酱油2大匙香醋3大匙糖2大匙。

做法:

1. 干香菇用温水泡软,鸡蛋煮12分钟,冷水浸泡后剥去壳,青菜分成小片,入沸水中烫一下。

2. 锅中加入1大匙油,烧热后入鸡翅煎上色取出。

3. 再加1大匙油,炒香蒜末、姜末,加入鸡翅、香菇、鸡蛋和调料,加少量水,煮12分钟。

4. 汤汁收至差不多后,盛在盘中,围上煮好的青菜。
