DIY 香酥辣子鸡

材料:

主料:鸡腿2只干辣椒50g

辅料:料酒酱油鸡精胡椒粉花椒

做法:

1. 干辣椒洗净,每个用剪刀剪成三段。

2. 鸡肉剁成和剪好的辣椒差不多大的小块。

3. 蒜剥好,不要切。

4. 炒锅放油,放姜蒜爆锅,放入鸡肉块,加料酒炒干水分,约翻炒6分钟左右。

5. 放花椒、干辣椒翻炒6分钟。

6. 加酱油、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉,翻炒均匀即可。
