DIY 香辣鸡丝

材料:

主料:鸡腿两只

辅料:葱八角花椒料酒、花生约20个

调味料:葱姜末各一大勺味极鲜酱油2大勺、米醋1大勺盐适量糖1小勺、味精1/2勺、胡椒粉少许香油1小勺辣椒油3大勺

做法:

1. 花生放入烤盘里,150度烤20分钟,取出凉透后去皮。

2. 将鸡腿洗净后放入锅中,加入没过的水,大火烧开后,撇干净浮沫,加入葱段,姜片,花椒,八角,料酒,转小火煮12分钟,用筷子可轻易穿过,并且没有血水渗出即熟了。

3. 将煮熟的鸡腿捞出,浸入冷水中至彻底凉透后取出,擦干水份,用刀轻轻拍打几下使肉质松散,用手撕成鸡肉丝,装入碗里。

4. 去皮的花生放入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖擀碎.另,取一小碗,将所有调味汁用料调好。

5. 将花生碎撒在鸡肉丝上,倒入调味汁,撒上香菜碎,吃时拌匀即可。
