DIY 香菇滑鸡煲仔饭

材料:

米2杯、鸡肉350克冬菇8朵、青菜3棵姜一块葱一条生抽15ml麻油5ml葱花

做法:

1. 鸡斩件,清洗后沥干水分,用姜丝、盐2ml、生抽5ml、生粉2ml拌匀,腌20分钟。

2. 米清洗后滴几滴油拌匀。

3. 把米倒进砂锅,加入泡冬菇的水。

4. 中大火煮至水开后,加入冬菇,转小火。

5. 转小火后煮至“虾眼水”时,也就是开始出现蜂窝状时,加入鸡肉。

6. 这个时候一定要守在锅旁,听着锅底发出“呖呖”声时,把鸡肉翻面,淋进酱汁,并戴上手套,移动砂锅,让砂锅底部均匀受热。

7. 饭熟了以后,加入灼烫熟的青菜,撒点葱花就可以了。
