DIY 香脆炸鸡条

DIY 香脆炸鸡条

材料:

鸡脯肉料酒、盐、鸡精胡椒粉面粉面包糠

做法:

1. 鸡脯肉切成长形的条状。

2. 取一大碗,装入鸡条,加料酒、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉抓均,腌渍10-20分钟。

3. 将腌好的鸡肉放入面粉碗中打个滚,使其表面均匀的沾上面粉。

4. 鸡蛋一个打散,将沾了面粉的鸡条再在蛋液中浸泡,使表面均匀的挂上蛋糊。

5. 再扔进面包糠中打个滚,使鸡条表面均匀的裹上面包糠。

6. 炒锅倒半锅植物油,大火烧至油温六成热时转中火,下入挂好糊的鸡条,下油锅炸至两面金黄。

7. 捞起滤干油份即可。
