DIY 香煎芝士纯鸡肉火腿三明治

材料:

芝士片火腿鸡胸肉、黑胡椒糖少许鸡肉丸子

做法:

1. 鸡胸肉用盐、黑胡椒、一点糖均匀涂抹,然后腌下。取一片鸡胸肉然后铺一片芝士,然后再在上面铺层火腿片,然后再叠上一片鸡胸肉,鸡肉三明治的准备就完成了。

2. 取一个平底锅,开小火加热锅子,均匀抹上橄榄油,放入鸡肉三明治。盖上锅盖,中火加热。等鸡肉颜色开始变白,芝士开始融化就把鸡肉三明治翻个面。继续煎,等鸡肉煎至金色,就翻面~等鸡肉熟了,改大火一加热就可以出锅了。

3. 在盘子上洒上些盐、黑胡椒、番茄酱就可以了。
