DIY 香煎孜然鸡翅

材料:

主料:鸡翅5只。

调味料:姜片数片生抽老抽料酒、十三香孜然。

辅料:一些叶菜。

做法:

1. 鸡翅洗净,每个轻划一刀,以便入味。

2. 放入高压锅中,放酒,盐,糖,生抽,老抽,一点点十三香,搅拌后加点水,高压锅10分钟。

3. 叶菜过过盐水,摆在盘子中。

4. 压好后开盖收收汁,把鸡翅拿出来放菜上沥干。

5. 起油锅,放少量油,放鸡翅双面都煎得又脆又黄,要撒入孜然煎。
