DIY 香煎咖喱鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅少许盐料酒咖喱粉

做法:

1. 鸡翅洗净后用少许盐、料酒、两大勺咖喱粉腌制2小时以上。

2. 平底锅烧热,略放丁点油,入鸡翅膀。

3. 中小火两面煎透就行了。

4、腌制好,烤箱200度预热10分钟,烤15-20分钟(视鸡翅块头大小来定),中途翻身即可。
