DIY 香橙蜂蜜鸡腿

材料:

鸡腿1个橙子1个1个蜂蜜15ml白糖5g面包糠10g白胡椒粉1g盐少许淀粉2g

做法:

1. 将鸡腿用刀剔除骨头,并用刀背鸡腿肉轻轻剁几下,用少许盐和胡椒粉腌制片刻。

2. 将橙子对半切开,把半个橙子放在榨汁器上,旋转几下让果汁流出备用。

3. 鸡蛋磕入碗中加盐打散成鸡蛋液,将鸡腿肉放入,均匀的裹上蛋液,再沾上一层面包糠。

4. 锅中倒入比平时炒菜多一些的油,放入鸡腿肉用中火将双面煎至金黄色后沥油捞出。

5. 将橙子汁倒入锅中,加蜂蜜、白糖、盐搅匀后煮开,淋入少许水淀粉勾芡。

6. 将煎好的鸡肉切成小条排入盘中,淋上香橙酱汁即可食用。
