DIY 韭黄猪肉大虾盒子

材料:

猪肉、韭菜、面粉

做法:

1. 烙盒子一般用的是烫面的,在面盆里放若干面粉,把温水(45度左右)缓缓倒入面粉,待面粉成雪花状,就不用加水了,用手将面粉和均匀,面团不能和太稀了,如果稀了就继续加干面粉和均匀。

2. 面团和好以后用擀面杖把皮擀成大小均匀的圆形。

3. 包馅。

4. 锅底少许油,烧热后放入包好的盒子,小火煎,直到盒子变成金黄色,翻另一面,继续烙。

5. 中途一定要用小火,经常翻开看下,避免弄糊了。
