DIY 韭菜猪肉饺

材料:

猪肉、韭菜生姜卷心菜饺子皮五香粉花椒粉麻油鸡精、酱油

做法:

1. 韭菜生姜卷心菜洗净分别切碎,将卷心菜加入适量盐腌渍一会儿然后挤干水分待用。

2. 把做法1的材料加入猪肉馅搅拌均匀,然后加入调味料继续搅拌均匀。

3. 最后取饺子皮将馅料放入到中间,收边捏紧。

4. 锅内水烧开后,把包好的饺子放下锅里,等水继续烧开后改为中火(太大火的话怕饺子皮会被煮破),煮至饺子浮起后添加点冷水继续煮5分钟分钟左右即可。
