DIY 青椒蚝油鸡

材料:

主料:鸡胸肉1副青椒1个

A料:酱油1大匙香油1/2大匙糖1/2大匙蛋白1/2个沙拉油1/2大匙

B料:中筋面粉1/3杯

C料:蚝油2大匙

做法:

1. 将鸡胸肉洗净沥干切块,青椒洗净切片备用。

2. 将鸡胸肉块加入A拌匀腌10分钟。

3. 腌好的鸡肉块拌入面粉用手抓匀。

4. 将鸡肉块放入油锅中以160℃油温油炸至外表呈金黄色即可捞起沥去油份。

5. 另起油锅将青椒片拌炒片刻至香。

6. 加入鸡块、蚝油拌炒均匀即可盛起食用。
