DIY 金菇鸡丝

材料:

鸡脯肉250克、金针菇50克、红辣椒2个、香葱2棵、生姜1小块淀粉适量食用油30克、香油少许、料酒2小匙、精盐1小匙

做法:

1. 鸡脯肉和姜洗净后切丝,放入碗中加料酒、淀粉抓拌,并腌20分钟。

2. 葱洗净、切丝,红辣椒去蒂,切块;金针菇切除根部,洗净备用。

3. 往锅里放油加热,放入鸡丝、金针菇及少许水炒熟,最后加盐调匀,盛起时撒上葱丝和红辣椒,淋上少许香油即可。
