DIY 酸甜柠檬鸡翅

材料:

柠檬1个、鸡翅8只、蜂蜜2汤匙、蚝油3汤匙、调料油10汤匙、盐1/3汤匙

做法:

1. 解冻鸡翅洗净沥干水,在鸡翅中间划一刀,以便入味。

2. 柠檬洗净,切成四瓣待用。

3. 锅烧热放10汤匙油和1/3汤匙盐,将竹筷插入油中,如筷子四周有冒细泡,放入鸡翅转小火煎5分钟,要不时地给鸡翅翻身,以免粘锅。

4. 盛半碗水加3汤匙蚝油调匀倒入锅中,盖上锅盖以中火焖煮5分钟,直至汤汁差不多收干。

5. 揭盖加2汤匙蜂蜜拌匀,转小火焖2分钟便可熄火,挤入柠檬汁调味,即可出锅。
