DIY 辣烧鲤鱼

材料:

鲤鱼1条剁椒适量大蒜几瓣、生姜几片香葱1根

做法:

1. 鲤鱼处理干净,在身上斜切几刀,用盐,胡椒粉腌渍提前腌上。

2. 大蒜,生姜切片,大葱斜刀切段备用。

3. 鱼入锅煎至两面金黄后盛出。

4. 锅中留底油,烧热后用葱姜蒜爆香后放入剁椒继续炒香。

5. 放入煎好的鱼,加入酱油,糖,盐等调料调味。

6. 加开水大火催开转小火,盖上锅盖烧,烧至汤汁收掉一多半,就可以先把鱼盛出了。

7.锅中剩余的汤汁用水淀粉勾个薄芡,浇在盛出的鱼上。
