DIY 西芹洋葱鸡肉丝

材料:

鸡胸肉150克、洋葱小半个、西芹两片、红辣椒两个。

做法:

1. 鸡胸肉两块,切肉丝,用料酒、少许盐拌匀 ,裹上干淀粉。

2. 西芹、洋葱过下开水,切片,红辣椒切片。

3. 炒锅烧热,倒油,放入鸡肉丝划散,炒到变白色7、8分熟。

4. 接着放入西芹、洋葱翻炒,随后放入辣椒片,再翻炒片刻,放一汤勺生抽、少许胡椒粉、糖、鸡精调味后出锅。
