DIY 蘑菇烧鸡

材料:

油1茶匙、鸡腿肉适量、海盐1茶匙、胡椒1/2茶匙、面粉1/2杯、洋葱1粒剁碎、蘑菇适量切片蒜4苦艾酒1杯、鸡汤1罐番茄1罐、奶油2茶匙 + 面粉2茶匙 (这两样拌成糊)、鲜番茄1粒切块 胡椒、欧芹2茶匙、茵陈蒿2茶匙

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉擦干去掉肥油,撒盐、胡椒、面粉。

2. 热锅抹油,把鸡肉两面煎金黄取出。

3. 下洋葱炒软,变透明后加蘑菇和蒜,炒软。

4. 下酒、鸡汤、番茄,烧滚。

5. 放鸡回锅里,盖盖,焖煮约15分钟。

6. 放奶油和面粉糊,烧稠。

7. 放鲜番茄块、欧芹、茵陈蒿,再加适当的盐、胡椒调味即可。
