DIY 蒜香五味鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅12只蒜末6瓣辣椒面1小把花椒5颗、酱油2勺盐1小把白糖大半勺五香粉2勺、孜然1小把茴香1小把番茄酱2勺

做法:

1. 鸡翅洗净,用刀背轻拍,这样可以更好的入味,将上述调料一起加入鸡翅中,拌匀,腌制6小时。

2. 用纸巾将鸡翅表面的汁水擦干,两根签子上抹一点油,将鸡翅串起,放进微波炉里丁几分钟就好了。
