DIY 蒜味奶油鸡肉烤马铃薯

材料:

马铃薯1颗蛋汁5㏄,鸡肉泥20公克洋葱碎5公克鸡粉1/2茶匙百里香叶1支鲜奶油1大匙蒜味奶油酱1/4茶匙

做法:

1. 马铃薯对切后,连皮一起放入烤箱中以150℃烤约分钟至熟后,将大部分的马铃薯泥挖出。

2. 将作法1的马铃薯泥拌入鸡肉泥洋葱碎,再与所有调味料拌匀后,回填马铃薯皮中。

3. 在作法2的马铃薯馅料上刷上蛋汁,放入烤盘上,送入己预热的烤箱中以150℃烤约1分钟至熟即可。
