DIY 葱姜烧仔鸡

材料:

主料:童子鸡300克大葱200克

调味料:姜15克江米酒15克胡椒粉2克、酱油15克盐3克植物油20克

做法:

1. 葱洗净,切段。

2. 姜洗净,切片。

3. 红辣椒洗净,去蒂,切丝。

4. 仔鸡洗净切块,放入滚水中烫至七成熟,捞起,沥干备用。

5. 锅烧至七成热,放入30克油烧热,加入切好的葱、姜、红辣椒爆香。

6. 将焯好的仔鸡块倒入,用大火快炒片刻。

7. 加入米酒、胡椒粉、酱油、盐后继续翻炒,炒至鸡肉熟软即可。
