DIY 苏梅酱酸甜鸡翅膀

材料:

A料:鸡翅膀9

B料:苏梅酱3大汤匙、糖1茶匙、柠檬汁1茶匙盐0.5茶匙、胡椒粉适量、生抽2汤匙、麻油1茶匙生粉1茶匙水小半碗、小甜椒红黄各2只

做法:

1. 将翅膀稍炸至浅黄,滤油盛起。

2. 将材B料放在小碗,搅拌均匀。

3. 将翅膀过一过糖色。

4. 倒入做法2的汁,盖锅盖一会儿,加1茶匙白兰地、收汁,可上碟。
