DIY 芝士南瓜鸡腿卷

材料:

主料:鸡大腿7只、芝士片7片小南瓜1个(去皮切块)、香葱2根(切段)

调味料:蒜蓉生抽老抽蚝油、盐、辣椒粉黑胡椒粉料酒蜂蜜

做法:

1. 南瓜去皮切块后用微波炉叮10分钟左右,用勺子压成泥,加入少许盐和黑胡椒粉。

2. 鸡腿去骨,用调味料中除了蜂蜜以外的所有调料拌匀,腌制半小时。

3. 铺一层锡纸,把鸡腿皮朝下摊开,铺一层芝士,抹一层南瓜泥,放两根葱段,卷起来,再用锡纸包紧,两头拧紧,放入烤盘。

4. 烤箱预热华氏400°F,烤20分钟。

5. 拿出来把锡纸打开,在鸡腿卷表面刷一层蜂蜜,继续烤10分钟出炉。
