DIY 腐卤盐酥鸡

材料:

主料:鸡胸肉200公克蛋液少许、太白粉50公克面粉200公克

A料:豆腐乳1块淡色酱油1/2大匙、冰糖1/4小匙、白胡椒粉少许米酒1大匙

B料:胡椒盐1小匙

做法:

1. 将鸡胸肉去皮洗净后,分切成小块状,与蛋液和A料一起放入大碗中拌匀并腌渍30分钟至入味。

2. 将面粉与太白粉一起混合均匀作成沾粉。

3. 将法1表面均匀沾上法2沾粉,放入175℃的热油中以中火炸6分钟,捞出沥油后,并趁热撒上B料即可。
