DIY 腐乳红烧土豆鸡块

材料:

鸡腿一只约350克土豆一个约200克葱1根姜1小块、红腐乳一块,生抽1大匙、料酒1大匙白糖1小匙盐适量

做法:

1. 鸡腿剁成块,在清水中泡出血水,然后冲净沥干。

2. 土豆洗净去皮切块。入油锅中,中大火炸至表皮起皱,略带焦黄后捞出备用。

3. 葱切段,姜切碎;锅放油,小火爆香葱姜。

4. 然后倒入鸡块翻炒片刻后放入红腐乳。

5. 翻炒均匀。再放料酒、生抽和白糖,炒匀。

6. 倒入没过鸡块的温水,大火煮开后小火炖至土豆软糯,汤汁浓稠。

7. 最后大火收汁。
