DIY 肉苁蓉猪肉锅贴

材料:

猪瘦肉200克、面粉400克韭菜200克药包1个(内装肉苁蓉15克)姜末10克料酒10克精盐3克鸡精3克味精1克十三香粉0.5克花生油50克、芝麻油10克

做法:

1. 药包放入容器内,加入清水200克,入蒸锅内用大火蒸约30分钟取出,药包不用,药汁舀出50克备用,余下的晾凉后,和温水一同加入面粉内和匀成面团,饧透。

2. 猪瘦肉剁成末。韭菜切成末。猪肉末放入容器内,加入余下的药汁、料酒、精盐、鸡精、味精、十三香粉、芝麻油,顺一个方向充分搅匀上劲。

3. 韭菜末、姜末放入肉末内拌匀成馅。面团搓成条,揪成均匀的剂子,按扁,擀成小圆饼皮,放上馅将面对边中间捏严,两边露馅即成锅贴生坯。摆入刷油的锅内烙至熟透铲出,装盘后即可享用。
