DIY 美味咸猪肉

材料:

烤箱1台五花肉1条蒜末2大匙酱油2大匙五香粉1茶匙白胡椒粉1茶匙米酒1大匙香油2茶匙、砂糖2茶匙

做法:

1. 准备保鲜盒将所有的调味料调匀后放入洗净的五花肉及蒜末稍微按摩一下猪肉盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏半天以上即可

2. 将烤箱预热5分钟,这次咸猪肉需将上下火都调到200度

3. 使用全火+旋风模式,烤25分

4. 烤好的咸猪肉待凉后利用斜刀切法让肉吃起来更顺口

5. 旋转烧烤、热风对流让所有的美味都锁住在食材中,方便又好用
