DIY 罐煨肚包鸡

材料:

猪肚1副、老鸡1只、老姜1块、酒、玉米(分块)、枸杞、盐。

做法:

1. 猪肚洗净,滚水烫过,洗净。

2. 老鸡洗净。

3. 两物入汤罐,加老姜一块、好酒少许、玉米块、枸杞,加水至盖没食材。

4. 中火加热到将滚未滚时,改文火久久地焖炖,至食材酥软为止。

5. 出锅前加盐调味。
