DIY 红酒香烤鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅15只,酱油15ml,蜂蜜15ml,盐5g,姜粉少许,蒜末少许,黑胡椒适量

做法:

1. 将鸡翅用酱油、盐、红酒、姜粉、黑胡椒粉,蒜末腌制半小时备用。

2. 在腌制好的鸡翅上表面均匀涂上蜂蜜。

3. 烤箱200°c预热5分钟,将鸡翅放入烤箱中间层,烤制20~25分钟既可。

4. 为了更好的入味,放了2个盘子分别腌制。

5. 已经放进烤箱烤了10多分钟后,在刷一次蜂蜜,效果更佳。

6. 底下垫个烤盘,上面铺层油纸,不用刷盘子。
