DIY 红烧鸡块

材料:

主料:鸡肉500克

调味料:酱油50克白砂糖60克盐5克甜面酱10克、大葱10克姜10克料酒10克五香粉1克植物油50克

做法:

1. 将鸡块洗净控干水分,倒进盆内加葱、姜、料酒、五香粉、甜面酱和盐等拌匀,腌30分钟,捞出控干,逐块下入六成热的油锅中,炸至呈深黄色捞出。

2. 炒锅上火放入少许油,烧热后倒入糖、酱油、盐、料酒、葱、姜和适量水,烧开后撇去浮沫,下入炸好的鸡块,汤开后,用小火焖至酥。

3. 将鸡块捞出装盘,将原汤继续熬至汁发黏时,淋在鸡块上,即可装盘食用。
