DIY 红烧鲤鱼

材料:

鲤鱼1条(约750克)花生油100克湿淀粉25克、大葱白5克、酱油25克、松蘑15克料酒25克生姜5克味精1克胡椒粉1克辣椒面1克精盐1.5克芝麻油2克

做法:

1. 将鲜鲤鱼洗净,去鳞,去鳃,在腹剖处用刀划开,去内脏,洗净血沫,两边斜剞5刀。

2. 松蘑水发后,洗净泥沙,去蒂根,大葱去皮,洗净,均切成细丝;生姜洗净,去皮,切成片。

3. 锅内放入花生油,旺火烧热,稍次序却时,将整条鲤鱼下锅煎成两面成黄色,再烹入料酒,再依次放入辣椒面、松蘑丝、精盐、酱油、姜片、烧开,改小火焖熟,再放入葱白、味精、勾芡,加入芝麻油、胡椒粉,入盘即可享用。
