DIY 红枣黑豆鲤鱼汤

材料:

鲤鱼1条(约500克)红枣10粒黑豆20克盐1茶匙(5克)姜1小块清水1500毫升

做法:

1. 将鲤鱼去鳞、去鳃、去内脏,洗净后控干水分,并用纸巾将鱼身彻底擦干。

2. 锅中不放油,把黑豆放入锅中,用小火炒至豆壳裂开。然后再洗净,并沥干水分备用。

3. 在不粘锅中倒入油,大火加热至7成热时,放入鲤鱼煎至双面金黄后捞出。

4. 将煎过的鲤鱼放入汤锅中,一次性加入开水,然后加入黑豆,红枣,和去皮切片的姜片,大火煮沸后,盖上盖子,转小火煲1小时。

5. 食用前,放入盐调味即可。
