DIY 米酱焖鸡翅

材料:

鸡中翅6只金钱菇25朵大葱半根蒜头1只姜4片盐2小匙、米酱豆腐乳40ml白糖1小匙啤酒适量

做法:

1. 鸡翅解冻,洗净,剁成12块,加盐、姜片和适量啤酒腌制15分钟。

2. 香菇温水泡发,洗净后沥干。

3. 大葱切小段、蒜头切片。

4. 腌制好的鸡翅用厨房纸拭干水分待用。

5. 油锅下葱段和蒜片炒香,放入鸡翅煸透,鸡皮微金黄色时翻炒一下。

6. 放香菇同炒,倒入适量啤酒和豆腐乳。

7. 小火焖烧10分钟后,加少许糖,转大火收干水分即可。
